About us
In 2022, we, Monique and Richard, decided to change course and make our dream come true: living on Crete.
Not just for the sun, the view or the delicious food (although they certainly help), but especially for a life with more peace, space and freedom.
We had our house built in the village of Kalyves, a charming village on the island’s north coast. Moving to Crete meant making many decisions, arranging things, and above all, having faith. It was an intense but wonderful adventure, from which we learned a great deal.
Besides building our own house, we also purchased an existing apartment and furnished it for holiday rentals. Both processes, from purchasing and furnishing to renting and promoting, taught us a tremendous amount about living, building, and doing business in Crete. We’d be happy to connect you with the people who helped us so much.
With our background in graphic design, building websites, project management and communication, we now also help others who plan to build a rental business. If you’ve purchased a house or apartment for rental, we can help you create an attractive look (both for the interior and a logo), build a strong rental website and handle everything related to the overall looks of your rental property.

When we decided to emigrate to Crete and set up a holiday home here, we faced all sorts of challenges. From furnishing the interior to creating a good website and designing a suitable appearance. We’ve combined that experience and our creative skills to help others who are planning to buy a house or apartment to rent out.
(interior) design
Tell us about your wishes and we will create an attractive, practical and appealing design for you or your target audience. This includes a 3D design and, if desired, a plan with dimensions.

A professional, responsive and user-friendly website that meets your needs and makes your guests feel welcome at your property. Includes direct booking.
Rental appearance
Your accommodation will look even more professional with its own logo and recognizable look. Of course with a personalized instruction booklet to welcome your guests upon arrival.
Signing
Make your holiday accommodation easy for your guests to find. This can be achieved with custom signage and eg a logo sign on/near the front door, matching your style.
